About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Executive to join our immigration and migration consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have 0–1 years of experience in handling documentation for immigration services, with hands-on knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR) applications, Opportunity Cards, and Skilled and Unskilled Work Visa processes. The candidate should be capable of managing client documentation accurately, handling client interactions professionally, and ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end documentation for immigration and visa applications.

Collect, verify, organize, and maintain client documents for various immigration applications.

Prepare and review documentation for Permanent Residency (PR) applications across different countries.

Handle documentation for Opportunity Card applications and ensure timely submission.

Process documentation for Skilled and Unskilled Work Visa applications.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of client documents before submission.

Coordinate with clients to obtain missing information, explain documentation requirements, and provide regular application updates.

Handle client queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships throughout the application process.

Maintain accurate records of applications, documentation status, and submission deadlines.

Ensure compliance with immigration policies, documentation standards, and company procedures.

Coordinate with case processing teams, consultants, and external authorities when required.

Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–1 years of experience in documentation within an immigration or migration consultancy.

Practical experience handling

Permanent Residency (PR) applications

Opportunity Card applications

Skilled Work Visa documentation

Unskilled Work Visa documentation

Experience in client handling, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Strong knowledge of immigration documentation requirements and application processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and documentation management systems.

Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines.
