Security Guard

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, customers, and property.

Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees and visitors.

Maintain and update the In & Out Entry Register accurately.

Remain alert and attentive throughout the duty hours.

Handle security-related situations responsibly and sensibly.

Monitor any suspicious or unusual activity and immediately report it to management.

Maintain proper security records and registers.

Support management during emergencies or unexpected situations.

Ensure discipline and follow all company security policies.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English, with basic reading and writing ability.

Must be well-groomed, disciplined, sensible, responsible, and alert.

Good observation skills and presence of mind.

Polite and professional behaviour with customers, employees, and visitors.

Punctual and reliable.

Previous security guard experience will be preferred.
