Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities, coordinate with teams and vendors, handle cash-related activities, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities.
Handle and supervise the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage attendance records and maintain employee attendance data.
Handle cash transactions, petty cash, and maintain basic cash records.
Coordinate and manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of services/materials.
Maintain office records, documents, and administrative reports.
Prepare and update basic reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
Ensure office facilities and routine operational requirements are properly maintained.
Handle employee/admin queries and provide timely support.
Maintain professionalism and effective communication with employees, vendors, and management.
