Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Technician with at least 1 year of experience in ground mount solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of ground mount solar structures and modules

Assisting in electrical wiring, connections, and commissioning of solar systems

Performing routine maintenance and inspection of solar plants

Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues at site

Ensuring safety standards and compliance during installation and operations

Coordinating with site engineers and project teams for smooth execution

Maintaining daily work reports and site updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in solar ground mount projects

Basic knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical systems

Ability to read basic technical drawings and layouts

Willingness to travel and work on site locations

Basic understanding of safety practices

Education

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field preferred

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
