Job Description

The Senior Officer - CAT - Elite is responsible for driving customer engagement and creating value for clients through a variety of insurance products. This role entails managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Senior Officer will work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth customer experience while also coordinating with various departments to align strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with elite clientele to understand their insurance requirements.

Provide expert advice on insurance products and financial solutions, ensuring suitability and compliance with regulations.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, enhancing product offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.

Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client objectives.

Facilitate training and development sessions for junior staff on best practices and product knowledge.

Generate business through referrals and networking.

Skills Required
