WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management in the local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire new Savings & Current Account (CASA) customers.

Mobilize Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits.

Source and generate retail loan business.

Cross-sell insurance products to customers.

Promote digital banking products and services.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct field visits and engage with prospective customers.

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented mindset

Knowledge of local market and customer segments

Basic understanding of banking and financial products

Customer acquisition and relationship-building skills

Target-oriented approach

PREFERRED PROFILE

Age

21–30 years

Experience

1–2 years in Sales / Field Sales preferred

Banking, financial services, or field sales experience preferred
