Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international voice process in the Banking & Cards domain.

Eligibility

Graduate

1–12 years BPO Voice experience

HSC

18 months–10 years BPO Voice experience

Freshers are not eligible

International voice experience preferred

Excellent English communication skills

Maximum age

30 years

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through international voice support.

Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Meet quality, SLA, KPI, AHT and customer experience targets.

Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.

Shift & Schedule

Rotational / Night Shifts

9-hour shifts

6 days working

Weekend working may be required

Selection Process

HR Round → V&A → Operations

V&A Fast Track

BPO1: Graduate + 12 months experience → Direct Operations

BPOZ

HSC/Undergraduate + 18–24 months experience → Direct Operations
