Job Responsibilities

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)

Search and coordinate with vendors/suppliers

Collect and compare quotations from vendors

Negotiate prices and delivery timelines

Ensure timely purchase of required materials

Follow up with vendors for material delivery

Coordinate with site/project team for material requirements

Maintain purchase records and documentation

Verify invoices and purchase details

Ensure smooth procurement process as per company requirements

Skills Required

Vendor management

Purchase order handling

Negotiation skills

Good communication

Basic Excel knowledge

Follow-up and coordination

Qualification

Graduate with relevant procurement/purchase experience.

Experience

2–4 years preferred (Interior/Construction industry experience is an added advantage).

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
