We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an international UK Voice Process. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and experience handling international customers.

Eligibility

HSC / Graduate

1–3+ years of BPO Voice experience

Excellent English communication

International Voice experience preferred

Versant Score

58+

Comfortable with rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries professionally.

Provide accurate resolutions and information.

Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Achieve process and performance targets.

Handle upselling opportunities when required.

2 Rotational Week-Offs
