Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with strong experience in the real estate industry to manage customer relationships, CRM operations, post-sales activities, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day CRM operations and customer relationship activities.

Lead and manage the CRM team and monitor team performance.

Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

Manage post-sales activities including booking, documentation, agreements, payments, and possession coordination.

Monitor customer follow-ups and ensure timely closure of pending cases.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other internal teams.

Maintain accurate customer data and ensure regular CRM updates.

Track customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention.

Prepare CRM reports, MIS, and performance reports for management.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements in CRM operations.

Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in CRM management.

Real estate industry experience is mandatory.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in handling real estate customers and post-sales processes.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
