About the Role

SkillsNCR is looking for a confident, warm and professional Brand Host & Customer Experience Executive who can become one of the public-facing representatives of the company.

This is not just a reception or front-desk role.

You may represent SkillsNCR

at our office

at school and college events

at exhibitions and community activations

while speaking with parents and students

during online meetings or webinars

in short informational videos or digital content

during guest interactions and customer-facing activities

Your role is to make every person interacting with SkillsNCR feel

welcomed, heard, informed and professionally looked after.

What You Will Do

Welcome parents, students, partners and visitors professionally

Manage front-desk and guest interactions

Handle guest inquiries and basic concerns calmly and professionally

Understand why a visitor or customer has approached us and guide them to the right next step

Explain SkillsNCR clearly and confidently

Support school events, exhibitions and community activations

Engage with parents, students and attendees during events

Assist with registrations, QR scans, WhatsApp journeys and lead capture

Help manage event flow, queues and guest experience

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records of important guest/customer interactions

Capture recurring questions and feedback from parents and students

Support follow-ups where required

Help keep the reception/customer-facing area organised and welcoming

Participate in online meetings, webinars and selected digital interactions

Appear in occasional SkillsNCR videos or online content if comfortable

Support hosting, introductions and basic presenting where required

Relevant Experience Can Include

Experience in any of the following areas can be useful

hospitality

airlines / cabin crew

hotels

reception / front office

customer service

guest relations

events

exhibitions

luxury retail

counselling

admissions

community engagement

anchoring / presenting

social media or video presenting

Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Freshers with strong communication and people skills are welcome to apply.

This role is not about simply looking presentable or standing at a reception desk.

Gurgaon Requirement

This is a Gurgaon/Gurugram-based role.

You should be comfortable working in person and travelling locally for
