Job Summary
Supports account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry. Supports the month-end close process. Performs activities under moderate supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Compiles, consolidates and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information. Prepares basic journal entries. Performs monthly and annual account reconciliations. Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for reports. May perform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects. Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THIS POSITION
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common business objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to support business decision-making.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Accounts Payable operations is preferred.
- Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Strong process orientation with the ability to identify, analyze, and address process gaps while driving standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives across AP processes.
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, along with experience handling multi-currency invoice processing preferred.
- Hands-on experience in managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, conducting performance reviews, and preparing monthly operational review presentations and reports.
- Ability to evaluate existing processes, assess the impact of proposed changes on the broader organization, and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively across teams.
