Key Responsibilities
Build, deepen and manage relationships with banks, brokers, asset managers, payment institutions and fintechs entering digital assets in Brazil and LATAM
Map each institution's digital asset roadmap and regulatory obligations, and position CertiK's solutions accordingly. These include security assessments, custody and infrastructure audits, penetration testing, monitoring, and compliance tooling
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CISOs, CTOs, compliance, risk, innovation and legal teams through to close
Represent CertiK at industry events, associations (e.g. Febraban, ABBC, ABFintechs, ABToken, ANBIMA) and executive forums; speak on panels when relevant
Navigate institutional politics: understand who decides, who influences and how procurement actually works
Work with CertiK's technical, advisory and product teams to shape proposals that fit institutional requirements
Share market intelligence to inform CertiK's regional strategy and product roadmap
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years in financial services, fintech, consulting, technology or infrastructure sales, serving financial institutions in Brazil
An established, active network at C-level and senior management in Brazilian banks and financial institutions. You can get a meeting in weeks, not months
A track record of closing and expanding enterprise relationships with long cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Executive presence
- comfortable in boardrooms, with regulators and on stage
Political acumen and the patience to build relationships over time
Solid understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape (BCB, CVM) and how institutions handle compliance
Fluent Portuguese and professional English; Spanish is a plus
Web3 or cybersecurity experience is not required. Curiosity and willingness to learn are. We will give you the technical backing
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience selling to CISOs, risk or compliance functions (GRC, cybersecurity, audit, regtech, core banking, payments)
Background at a Big Four firm, bank, core banking/payments vendor, or regulatory consultancy
Network across other LATAM markets (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina)
