Job Overview
We are looking for a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) Executive with experience in US Real Estate / Mortgage processes. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing property information, researching comparable properties, entering accurate data, and completing BPO files within the required turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze property details for BPO assignments.
- Enter property information accurately into client systems/software.
- Conduct online research to identify comparable properties.
- Verify property information such as address, size, condition, location, and pricing.
- Research property details using online real estate platforms.
- Upload property photos and required supporting documents.
- Maintain high accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality checks before submitting completed files.
- Coordinate with team leaders regarding corrections and quality requirements.
- Ensure all assigned BPO files are completed and submitted within the required timeframe.
- Follow client-specific guidelines and process requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of US Real Estate / Property Valuation.
- Good typing speed with strong accuracy.
- Strong online research and data-gathering skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in US Mortgage, BPO, Real Estate, or Property Valuation processes.
- Experience handling Broker Price Opinion (BPO) assignments is preferred.
- Knowledge of Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and similar real estate websites will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with US property research and comparable property analysis will be preferred.
