Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned leads and databases.
• Present and explain courses/services, emphasizing key benefits and value.
• Understand customer requirements, address queries, and handle objections effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to drive enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment and onboarding process.

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Basic sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and follow-up management.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
