WE ARE HIRING – OFFICE STAFF / TELECALLER EIZY TRAVEL

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Office Staff / Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries over phone and WhatsApp
• Make telecalling and follow-up calls to potential customers
• Explain our travel services and packages clearly
• Follow up with leads and support sales conversions
• Maintain customer and follow-up records
• Handle day-to-day office administration
• Coordinate with customers and the internal team
• Support other general office activities when required

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Good customer-handling and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email and online tools

Positive attitude and professional behaviour

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service or the Travel Industry will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
