Required Skills

• 10+ years in Information Security with strong experience in security architecture, leadership, governance, and security-by-design.
• Azure Security \& IAM: Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Security Architecture, Identity \& Access Management (IAM), cloud security, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• M\&A / Carve-Out Experience: Proven experience in business carve-outs, divestitures, M\&A, Azure tenant separation, or similar complex transformation programs.
• Security Governance \& Operations: Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, compliance, SOC operations, incident response, and regulatory/audit requirements.
• Leadership \& Stakeholder Management: Experience working with executive leadership, boards, regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams to drive security strategy and risk decisions.
