About Us

Rexon Interiors \& Landscaping is a growing interior and landscaping company delivering premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates and support our sales and project execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and specifications.
• Estimate material, labor, and project costs accurately.
• Analyze project requirements and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and project teams for pricing.
• Compare supplier quotations and negotiate the best rates.
• Maintain updated material price lists and cost databases.
• Assist in budgeting and project planning.
• Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior or construction estimation preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimating software.
• Good understanding of interior materials, fittings, and finishes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
