Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive business growth in the electronics \& home appliances division.

Eligibility

• Any Degree / MBA Preferred
• Minimum experience in electronics \& home appliances industry required

• Must have strong experience in Electronics \& Home Appliances Sales
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of small and large appliances
• Experience in sales planning and showroom operations
• Ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom sales operations
• Lead and supervise sales team performance
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with purchase, stock and marketing teams
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
