React JS Web Developer

We are looking for a passionate and motivated React JS Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of React fundamentals, Hooks, and Redux, and be eager to build scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js
• Work with functional components and React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.)
• Implement state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues
• Work with REST APIs and integrate backend services
• Follow best practices and coding standards

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Understanding of React.js core concepts
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks
• Basic knowledge of Redux or Redux Toolkit
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Understanding of Git/version control
• Basic knowledge of API integration (RESTful services)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Next.js
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Understanding of component lifecycle
• Exposure to testing libraries (Jest / React Testing Library)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent skills)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
