We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage large-scale hiring of Nurse/General Duty Assistants (GDA) for our Vizag operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, local networks, institutes, NGOs, and referral programs.
• Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with operations/clinical teams.
• Handle bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment from nursing/GDA training institutes.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth joining and deployment.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets as per manpower requirements.
• Build strong pipeline for continuous hiring needs
