Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of practical experience in accounting and good working knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting routine accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.

• Handle sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Maintain and reconcile cash and bank transactions.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.

• Prepare basic reports and statements as required by management.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related queries.

• Support the senior accounts team in routine accounting activities.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

• Hands-on experience with Tally .

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)

• Candidates with practical Tally accounting experience are preferred.
