Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle the assigned territory and take complete responsibility for sales and business development.
• Develop and expand the assigned territory from the ground level.
• Build a strong network of Doctors, Ayurvedic Practitioners, Distributors, Stockists and Retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint suitable distributors/stockists.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• After establishing the territory, build and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
• Recruit, train, guide and monitor MRs to achieve territory targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective market coverage.
• Maintain good relationships with doctors, distributors and key customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, tour plans and market development reports.
• Ensure proper product promotion and implementation of company strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have relevant experience in Ayurvedic Pharma Sales.
• Should be capable of independently developing and handling a new territory.
• Strong communication, leadership and team-building skills.
• Should have the ability to build a sales team after establishing the territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
