Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients for software development and digital marketing services.
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, digital marketing).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good presentation and client-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
