Data Entry Operator – Store/VD Department

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily store-related data in ERP/software and Excel.
• Prepare and update GRN, material receipt, issue, transfer, and stock records.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, components, and finished goods.
• Update stock inward/outward entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Verify physical stock with system records and report discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of store records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material and stock-related entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry with minimum errors.
• Follow company procedures related to inventory control and store documentation.

Required Skills

• Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, store, inventory, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay

Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
