Appoint \& manage distributors across Area

• Drive primary \& secondary sales (HORECA/QSR/Institutions)
• Develop new business \& onboard key accounts
• Oversee depot ops, inventory \& cold chain compliance
• Lead sampling, launches \& customer activations
• Monitor sales, market trends \& competition

Sales

• Proven track record in distributor management \& sales growth
• Street-smart, energetic \& ownership-driven personality
• Excellent communication \& negotiation skills
• Graduate (MBA preferred) \| Regional language fluency a plus
