About this job
- Operate CNC machines
- set tools and parameters, and produce components as per drawings and specifications. Perform basic dimensional inspection,
- maintain quality and machine safety,
- ensure timely production with minimum rejection.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and perform tool setting/offset adjustments.
- Read engineering drawings and understand machining requirements.
- Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain product quality.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and tool changes.
- Maintain production records and follow safety and 5S practices.
- Ensure timely production with minimum rejection and material wastage
