Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities and operators.
- Plan daily production according to schedules and available resources.
- Monitor production output, quality, downtime, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Allocate manpower and manage shift activities effectively.
- Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
- Maintain production reports, records, and shift documentation.
- Minimize material wastage, machine downtime, and production losses.
- Train and guide operators on processes, safety, and work standards.
- Pay
- ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
