Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on business hiring needs.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
• Create job descriptions and publish vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring volume.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other hiring partners.
• Improve candidate experience and employer branding.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to senior management.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
