Job Description – Diploma Mechanical Fresher Position: Diploma Mechanical Engineer – Fresher Location: Bavla, Gujarat Experience: Fresher Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities. Support mechanical assembly, fabrication, and installation-related work. Read and understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions, and measurements. Assist the Production team in maintaining workflow and meeting production targets. Perform basic inspection and ensure work is carried out as per required specifications. Maintain production-related documents, records, and reports. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments for smooth operations. Follow company procedures, safety standards, and workplace guidelines. Learn and develop practical knowledge of refrigeration equipment and manufacturing processes. Required Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, drawings, measurements, fabrication, and manufacturing processes; good learning attitude and willingness to work in a production environment.
