Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products. Handle inbound inquiries regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc. Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications. Maintain a database of customers and update call records. Follow up with interested customers regarding documentation and the process. Coordinate with the sales and processing team for loan approvals. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Required Skills Good communication skills Ability to convince and handle customers politely Basic knowledge of loan products/ share commodity broking/ mutual funds/ insurance.
