• Search and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Conduct daily client visits and meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client inquiries and provide necessary support
• Manage emails and business correspondence
• Generate inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders
• Process Purchase Orders from receipt through dispatch coordination
• Submit regular MIS and activity reports to senior management
• Follow up with clients for inquiries, quotations, and order closures
