Outlet Manager

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Outlet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet in Hisar . The candidate will be responsible for team management, customer service, sales, inventory, food quality, and overall outlet performance. Key Responsibilities Manage complete day-to-day outlet operations , ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team , including staff scheduling, attendance, and performance. Monitor sales, revenue, food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to achieve business targets. Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, SOP compliance, and customer satisfaction at all times. Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination while minimizing wastage and stock-outs.
