Academic Counsellor

As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide prospective students in identifying suitable higher-education options and support them through the counselling and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students and recommend relevant UG/PG programs based on their requirements.

Manage student enquiries, address queries and provide clear information on program structure, eligibility, fees options and the overall admission process.

Track interested students through different stages of the admission process and ensure timely action on pending follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, follow-ups and admission status in the CRM.

Convert eligible and interested candidates into enrollments and ensure completion of the admission process.

Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

0–1 year of experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, inside sales or a similar role.

Candidates with relevant EdTech experience will be preferred).

Good communication skills both in Hindi and English.

Comfortable interacting with students over calls.

Passionate working in a sales driven and target-oriented environment.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
