Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage PO/SO
Coordinate with drivers for deliveries and dispatches
Handle payment follow-ups with customers
Track and update orders
Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments
Maintain order and delivery records
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Strong follow-up and order-tracking skills
Ability to coordinate with drivers and customers
