Telecaller – Job Description Position: Telecaller Executive Department: Sales / Marketing Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain company products/services clearly. Generate and follow up on leads. Handle customer enquiries and objections politely. Maintain customer details and call records. Schedule callbacks and appointments. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets. Share daily work updates with the team leader. Requirements: Good communication skills. Malayalam and basic English/Hindi preferred. Basic computer knowledge. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage.
