Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to launch their career with our growing Immigration Consulting team in Kochi, Thrissur & Thiruvalla. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and building a career in the immigration consulting industry. No prior experience is required — we provide complete training on immigration processes, client counseling, and sales techniques. Experienced sales professionals looking for a new challenge are equally welcome to apply. All we're looking for is the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a hunger to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on various immigration programs and pathways
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration options
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client conversions
• Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales and performance targets
• Handle documentation and ensure smooth application processing
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely case updates
• Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Freshers / 0 years of experience welcome — no prior industry experience needed; experienced candidates from sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients
• Willingness to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and career-focused
• Immediate joiners preferred
