About the Role

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our technology team. The primary focus of this role will be working on our live application and in-house CRM, along with contributing to our website and internal technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Build responsive interfaces using React.js and Redux.

Develop and integrate backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Work with MongoDB and database management.

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Debug, test, and resolve frontend and backend issues.

Improve application performance and user experience.

Contribute to website development and maintenance.

Work with product and operations teams to implement technical requirements.

Write clean, reusable, and scalable code.

Required Skills

Good understanding of JavaScript.

Knowledge of React.js and Redux.

Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.

Understanding of MongoDB and database concepts.

Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

Full-stack MERN project experience.

Knowledge of authentication and authorization.

Experience with API integration.

Responsive web development knowledge.

Personal projects or GitHub portfolio.

Prior internship/project experience in MERN development.

Who We're Looking For

B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or related technical background.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.

Candidates with practical MERN Stack projects will be preferred.

Hands-on, proactive, and eager to build real-world products.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
