We are a well-established restaurant group with over 8 outlets across Mumbai, focused on delivering quality food, warm hospitality, and an excellent guest experience.

We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our Restaurants across our Mumbai outlets.

Experience Required

Commis 3: At least 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience

Commis 2: 1 to 2 years of kitchen experience.

Education Requirement

10th Pass, 12th Pass, or IHM degree/diploma

Language Requirement

English is not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in general kitchen tasks and food preparation

Handling core kitchen skills including cutting and chopping

Maintaining strict cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene

Main Cuisines and Food Categories

Continental and European

Crepes, sandwiches, breakfast dishes and toast.

Mediterranean

Salads, hummus and other Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

Middle Eastern

Shakshuka and other Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.

Healthy café food: Avocado toast, fresh salads, smoothies and juices.

Bakery and desserts

Cakes, pastries and other baked goods.

Our outlets are located across Pali Hill, Juhu, Lower Parel, BKC, Goregaon East, Phoenix Palladium, Colaba, and Bandra East.

We are looking for candidates who are confident in guest interaction, professional in their approach, and committed to delivering excellent service.
