Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Provide accurate product/service information to potential customers over calls

Drive conversions through effective pitching, negotiation, and follow-ups

Ensure consistent sales closure, including cross-selling and up-selling

Support and coordinate with the lead generation team to improve pipeline quality

Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion metrics

Maintain optimal occupancy rates across properties

Collaborate with operations and other teams for smooth customer onboarding

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

Proven ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets

Experience in team handling and performance management

Good understanding of sales processes and customer behavior

Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools preferred)

Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset

Analytical and number-driven approach

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales team handling

Experience in inside sales / real estate / rental / service industry is a plus

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets
