About the Role

ISF Group is looking for a curious, proactive and technology-oriented Automation Intern to work closely with different departments across the organisation and identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital tools can improve existing processes.

The intern will not be limited to one technical project. You will work with different teams to understand their day-to-day workflows, identify repetitive or manual tasks, and help design, build and implement automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work with different departments to understand their workflows and operational challenges

Identify repetitive, manual or time-consuming processes that can be automated

Assist in designing and executing automation projects from idea to implementation

Build AI-powered workflows, agents and automation solutions

Work with APIs, AI tools, automation platforms and web-based tools

Test, troubleshoot and improve automation workflows

Research new AI tools and identify practical applications for the organisation

Document workflows and the solutions developed

What We're Looking For

Students or recent graduates from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML or related fields

Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technology

Basic programming knowledge; Python/JavaScript/API knowledge would be an advantage

Good logical and problem-solving ability

Someone who enjoys understanding how things work and finding ways to improve them

Good communication skills and willingness to work with different teams

You don't need to be an AI/ML expert. We are looking for someone who is curious, willing to experiment and interested in solving real-world business problems using technology.
