Team Member Credit & Collect-T3-II

Responsible for mitigating risk and preventing loss in a production environment and enabling spend for our customers, by handling potential credit abuse and credit burst out for Business and Consumer accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of meaningful experience in Contact Center Domain.

Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

Should possess analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Grad/Under Grad with minimum 1 year experience in contact center domain

Prior experience in credit, collections is preferred
