ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage directly with Australian homeowners, understand their energy needs, and guide them toward the right renewable energy solutions. We are seeking someone with proven international calling experience, outstanding communication skills, and the confidence to close sales effectively with minimal supervision once fully onboarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to Australian customers to promote solar panels, battery storage, and other energy efficiency upgrades. Educate customers on government and state-driven renewable energy incentives and rebates. Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and convert leads into successful sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM. Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Prior experience in international outbound calling / voice processes (Australian market experience is a plus). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets. Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, real estate, gas & electricity, or energy efficiency products is an advantage, though not mandatory — full training will be provided. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
