YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Support Executive, you will
Communicate with customers through Calls, Chat & Email

Handle complaints and queries professionally
Follow up with customers whenever required
Maintain customer interaction records
Coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution
Build strong customer relationships
Work towards excellent customer satisfaction
