Tele Caller / Partner Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential interior designers, architects, freelancers and design studios.

Explain the Zuhouz Design Partner Program, platform benefits and registration process.

Generate interest and qualify designers based on experience, location, portfolio and business profile.

Follow up with interested designers through calls and WhatsApp/email.

Guide designers through the online registration and profile completion process.

Coordinate collection of basic documents, portfolio, photographs and professional information.

Maintain regular follow-ups until successful partner onboarding.

Maintain accurate call, lead and conversion records in CRM/Excel.

Build and maintain a database of prospective designers and studios.

Coordinate with the design/operations team for partner verification and activation.

Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, registrations and active partner onboarding.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of professional outbound calls.

Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Persuasive, confident and persistent in follow-ups.

Basic understanding of interior design / architecture is preferred.

Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp and online platforms.

Target-oriented and capable of converting conversations into registrations.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
