Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash Lead – 7+ Years | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead with 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Management/RMCS, along with proven client-facing and team leadership capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud OTC functional implementation and support activities.

Strong hands-on experience in Order Management, AR, and Revenue Management/RMCS – mandatory.

Expertise in Accounts Receivable, including Advanced Collections.

Lead client discussions, requirement workshops, solution design, and functional walkthroughs.

Manage and drive the functional team to deliver project objectives.

Understand and manage connectivity/integration between Coating Applications and Oracle Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Product Data Hub (PDH), including Product and Pricing modules.

Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data flows, testing, and issue resolution.

Inventory Management knowledge is an added advantage.

Drive end-to-end OTC process improvements and ensure alignment with business requirements.

knowledge on connectivity between coating application and oracle cloud.

knowledge of product data hub- product and pricing modules good to have- inventory management.

Order management, AR, and revenue management (looking at RMCS exp as well)- mandatory

AR- including advanced collections lead client discussions, manage workshops and able to drive a team as well
