Responsibilities
Configure Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding modules
Set up Performance & Goals and Compensation
Gather HR requirements and design solutions
Support integrations with SAP HCM and payroll
Requirements
2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Hands-on with at least one SuccessFactors module
SuccessFactors certification is a plus
