The Third Party Risk Senior Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the Third-Party Risk Management pillar within Consulting Quality \& Risk Management. Based in Noida, this position will provide third-party risk management (TPRM) expertise to maintain and evolve Crowe Consulting’s TPRM program. The position will be responsible for supporting Consulting’s daily TPRM queue, operations, reporting, and process improvement while working on a team under the direction of the Consulting TPRM program leader.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to Crowe Consulting partners and other leaders regarding third-party matters, including, but not limited to, risk assessments, Request for Proposal (RFP) support, and findings remediation.
- Proactively monitor TPRM requests and identify stalled, slow-moving, or stopped matters for resolution or escalation.
- Monitor the Q\&RM mailbox and administer the day-to-day workflow, including the review, execution, triage, follow-up, and finalization of inquiries and requests.
- Partner with internal stakeholders—including Information Security, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, and business unit leaders—to ensure alignment on responses and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of TPRM-related reports, ensuring accurate data capture and up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain clear handoffs and documentation to support seamless coordination with U.S.-based team members.
- Help identify and implement improvements to third-party risk management processes, working with TPRM leadership to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Update policies and procedures and educate the Consulting team on key TPRM risk issues.
- Maintain insight into trends and changes in the TPRM landscape through industry insights, partnerships, and ongoing development.
- Support firmwide risk management changes, including, but not limited to, technology transformation, process changes, and training and education.
- Provide value-added recommendations and share best practices with the Consulting team.
- Support the Enterprise Risk Management program and additional risk domains, as required.
Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Senior Associate: 3+ years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage TPRM activities independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify quality, risk, and compliance issues and develop processes to prevent or detect future issues.
- Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Team-oriented, with experience working with diverse teams.
- Ability to leverage available resources and contribute through others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams, time zones, and levels of seniority.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and AI productivity tools.
- Willingness to participate in both routine Quality \& Risk Management (Q\&RM) tasks and strategic cross functional projects.
- US Collaboration: willingness to work 4–5 hours of daily live overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT) teams for standups, handovers, and real-time collaboration to start.
