About Us

We are a growing D2C clothing brand, Nirmal Online (www.nirmalonline.com) based in Gandhinagar, Delhi. We are looking for a proactive Logistics Assistant to manage daily order dispatches, shipment tracking, RTO handling, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order dispatches and shipment coordination.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin) cases and maintain proper tracking records.
• Coordinate with courier partners, warehouse staff, and transport teams.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve order- and delivery-related customer queries.
• Prepare and maintain daily order, dispatch, and delivery reports in Excel.
• Track pending orders, returns, and failed deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and logistics activities.
• Ensure smooth order processing and timely status updates.
• Support the operations team in achieving daily dispatch targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, E-commerce Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Basic knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
