About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment operations.

The candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, picking \& packing, dispatch coordination, logistics partner management, returns handling, and maintaining accurate operational records.

The role requires strong ownership, good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing \& Fulfillment

• Manage daily online \& offline orders from order receipt to dispatch.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, labeling and dispatch.
• Verify product, quantity, batch/lot details and order information before dispatch.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, failed and undelivered orders.
• Ensure same-day/next-day dispatch as per company SLA.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
• Monitor daily stock levels and ensure timely inventory updates.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and excess inventory.
• Maintain proper records of inward, outward, damaged, expired and returned products.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment and prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure proper storage, organization and identification of products within the warehouse.

Logistics \& Courier Partner Management

• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickups and dispatches.
• Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
• Follow up on delayed, undelivered, lost and RTO shipments.
• Coordinate resolution of courier-related issues and delivery exceptions.
• Maintain courier-wise shipment and performance records.
• Monitor pickup and dispatch timelines and escalate issues when required.

Returns \& RTO Management

• Manage incoming return and RTO shipments.
• Verify returned products and update inventory accordingly.
• Maintain records of returns, exchanges, damages and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer support/operations teams for return-related issues.
• Identify recurring reasons for returns/RTOs and highlight them to management.

MIS \& Excel Reporting

• Maintain daily and weekly reports for
• Orders processed
• Orders dispatched
• Pending orders
• Inventory movement
• Returns \& RTOs
• Courier performance
• Stock discrepancies
• Maintain accurate warehouse MIS using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters and basic data analysis.
• Provide operational reports and data to management whenever required.

Warehouse Operations \& Process Control

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and properly maintained.
• Follow company SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure products are stored systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock movement.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Take ownership of assigned warehouse activities and ensure timely closure of daily tasks.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of warehouse and e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of order processing and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with inventory management software, OMS, ERP or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
• Good coordination skills with courier/logistics partners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve operational issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Min 6months of experience in warehouse, e-commerce, inventory, fulfillment or logistics operations.
• Experience in D2C, healthcare, pharma, wellness, FMCG or e-commerce will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience handling Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Zoho Inventory or similar systems will have an added advantage.

Pay
